Who we are

This website and the Yearwise Planner are operated by MMS Software Ltd. (ММС Софтуер ООД), 58 San Stefano St., 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria, company ID (ЕИК) 207060285, VAT number BG207060285. Visiting the website

The site is a static website hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies of our own. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your data to font or script providers.

Buying or downloading the planner

Checkout, payment and file delivery are handled by Polar Software Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. When you open the checkout or place an order, including the free sample, you provide your details (such as name, email address, billing country and payment information) directly to Polar, which processes them as an independent controller under Polar's privacy policy. The checkout may set cookies needed for payment and fraud prevention.

Polar shares your name, email address and order details with us. We use them to provide the product, answer support requests, handle refunds and tell you about updates to a planner you have obtained (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We keep order records for as long as accounting law requires (currently 10 years in Bulgaria) and other data no longer than needed for these purposes. We do not sell your data and do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

Emailing us

If you email us, we use your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete the conversation when it is no longer needed.

International transfers

Cloudflare and Polar may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them, email [email protected]. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
